Kirk Franklin, an esteemed American songwriter, choir director, gospel vocalist, and rapper, stands as one of the few gospel musicians to have been honoured with a prestigious Grammy Award. He is happily married to Tammy Collins, and together they are blessed with two children. From a young age, Franklin’s passion for music led him to actively participate in the church choir, eventually ascending to the esteemed position of music director for the adult chorus at Mount Rose Baptist Church.
